They’re comfortable with a bit of stretch which is always welcome. The 513 slim straight jeans are for guys who like a clean, streamlined look, but with a little bit more breathing room throughout. It’s not a sloppy looking fit by any means, but not as trim as the 511s. The difference is that there’s more room from the thighs down through the leg and towards the ankle. Additionally, I have a 2nd pair of 511s in a blue wash. The pair I have is from several years ago and has only 1% elastane which is okay, but 2% is always much better in terms of stretch and comfort. I usually wear a belt with these, but of course a size 28 or even 29 would make for an even better fitting pair of jeans, especially in the seat area. This white pair is a 30×30 and to no surprise is a bit too wide for me. I used to think I was a 30 waist, when I was actually 28 all along. Since I like the no break look, I cropped the jeans to 27″. The leg opening is a little bit wide in my opinion, but not so much so that it looks off.
